This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) applies to all use of the SICKR Services, including the website, the CLI, Arc live/replay, and Prime Workflow. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Violating the AUP is a violation of the Terms. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, use the support contact form before you do it.
You are responsible for everything you and your authorized users and agents do with the Services. The goal of this policy is simple: use SICKR to do legitimate, authorized work, and don’t use it to harm people, systems, or rights.
You may not use the Services to:
We welcome good-faith security research conducted under our responsible-disclosure guidance. Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without authorization, and do not test third-party infrastructure (such as GitHub or Stripe) or anything outside *.sickr.ai without that party’s authorization. Report issues through the security disclosure form.
Do not submit highly sensitive or regulated data — for example protected health information, payment card data, government identifiers, or special-category personal data — without an appropriate written agreement and the controls that data requires. Do not process anyone’s personal data without a lawful basis and necessary consent, and do not paste credentials or secrets into agent prompts; redaction is a safety net, not a license to be careless.
If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may — in our discretion and depending on severity — notify you, throttle or limit your use, suspend or terminate access, or refer matters to law enforcement. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to cure; we may act immediately for illegal content, serious security risk, or court-ordered action. Suspension does not pause your subscription.
To report a violation or an abusive share link, use the legal contact form or, for security-related abuse, the security disclosure form, with the identifier, a short description, and your contact information. We treat reporter identity as confidential where practical.
