9.Repositories, Code, and Customer Content
Content you submit or that your agents produce through the Services is yours (“Customer Content”) — prompts, code, file edits, command output, tickets, comments, configuration, evidence, and similar. You retain all intellectual-property rights in Customer Content.
You grant SICKR a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services for you and your organization, and as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use Customer Content to train third-party foundation models unless you expressly agree. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Customer Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.
