How can we help?

Common questions

How do I get started?show v

Sign in with GitHub at sickr.ai. Start with Arc Free to record and share local agent sessions, move to Arc Pro or Arc Team when you need live visibility, replay, and secure intervention, and use Prime Workflow when your team is ready for governed ticket execution. Prime Workflow, Enterprise, and Design Partner Pilot are sales-led so rollout, security, and operating boundaries are clear.

What's the difference between Arc and Prime Workflow?show v

Arc is the live supervision surface for agent sessions: replay, live visibility, and steering local agents from the browser. Prime Workflow adds governed execution: published workflows, ticket dispatch, approvals, evidence, audit, and human-in-the-loop controls.

What does GitHub add to Arc Team?show v

GitHub gives Arc Team identity, repository context, PR linkage, and audit attribution. The core Arc Team value is still team visibility, live supervision, and intervention across multiple live agents; GitHub makes that work easier to trace back to repos and people.

Can I switch products mid-cycle?show v

Yes. Open workflow.sickr.ai/admin/billing to review available plans. Arc Pro and Arc Team are self-serve; Prime Workflow, Enterprise, and Design Partner Pilot are currently sales-led so rollout, security, and operating boundaries are clear.

What happens to my data if I cancel?show v

Arc is local-first with minimized relay retention, and cancellation stops new paid Arc access at the end of the billing period. Workflow governance records are stored server-side for auditability, including tickets, approvals, evidence, metrics, and billing records. For account deletion or privacy questions, use the structured privacy request form and we will respond personally.
