How do I get started?show vhide ^

Talk to us. We scope the workflows you want under governance, the agents that will run them, and the organization they operate across, then agree the engagement. Your SICKR organization is provisioned and your owner is invited; they sign in with GitHub and invite the rest of the team.

What is included in SICKR?show vhide ^

Every engagement includes the complete product: agentic ticketing, feature planning, custom workflows, agent and team configuration, approvals and separation of duties, evidence gates, live monitoring and recovery, audit and forensics, and cost and performance insights. Capability is never the lever — scope is.

How is SICKR priced?show vhide ^

Against scope, not headcount. The size of your organization, the workflows you bring under governance, and the number of agents running them decide the price, and it is agreed in a contract before the work starts. There is no per-user or per-GitHub-organization charge, so adding a reviewer to a workflow is never a budget decision.

Can I change the scope later?show vhide ^

Yes. Workflows, agents and team size all move as the work does. Tell us what changed and we will rescope; billing terms follow the agreement rather than a self-service switch.

What happens to my data if I cancel?show vhide ^

New execution stops after access expires, while existing tickets, approvals, evidence, metrics, and audit history remain available read-only. For deletion or privacy questions, use the structured privacy request form and we will respond personally.
